Letting Go

I learned today that sometimes all you can do is let go of negative thoughts. I had an something happen today and I was super upset at a person. But they were upset also, and I knew if I was mad it would only make things worse. I told myself to let it go and focus on helping them. Instead of being upset at a situation, think about the outcomes, positive and negative. Do what is best for not only yourself but for everyone involved.
